COMPOSITE PRODUCTS

Complex composite fabrication.

MATERIAL APPLICATIONS

Our experience in composites has provided us with the opportunity in developing our own products in house. Composite materials are great for structural and lightweight products for industries such as racing, aerospace, and military. Some composite materials can be used for resisting electricity and certain chemicals as well.

FORGED COMPOSITES

Forging is the product of composite fiber material mixed with resin under high temperatures and pressures in a mold. As the pressures and temperatures increase, so do the structural properties of the final product. Forged composites can be used in a number of applications such as lightweight automotive components, golf clubs and more.

COMPOSITE LAYUPS

Composite layups use directional fabrics that contain continuous strands of fibers woven together. These fabrics can be formed into many different profiles, sheets and complex shapes. Composite layups are a great application for products such as bike frames, wheels, and other vehicle components.
